Game #40: Mariners at Rangers
Wow. The season’s almost a quarter of the way through. Meaning that the M’s are, indeed, on pace to win 60 games.
Anyways, after being staked to a 5-0 lead, Erik Bedard had no idea how to handle any run support and coughed up six runs, being knocked out of the game after two innings. Currently, 6-5, Rangers.
I was wondering who Vicente Padilla reminded me of. And then it hit me- he’s a friggin’ Gremlin! Check out the attached pictures:

Yuni knocks in Clement. 6-6 score.
Who thought a Bedard-Padilla would denigrate so badly?
Dammit, Lopez. You got a gift. A two-out ground ball from Michael Young that you boot?
I’m smelling another one-run loss.
Then again, its bases loaded with Josh Hamilton at the plate. I think the M’s will lose by more than one run.
And…. there we go.
Glad to see Kenji’s bat come alive.
The M’s now have five outs to score four runs however.
Sweet, Balantien!
Now they have five outs to score two runs!
Ten fucking walks. Are you kidding me?
How do the Rangers only have ten runs?
Attack the fucking strike zone all ready!
I thought it had been determined that Mark Lowe was worthless?
Jesus, are the Marienrs pitchers allergic to the strike zone or something?
I smell a grand slam.
My the mariners are feeling generous.
I think the team will have to be lucky to win 60 this year….
Time for the M’s to go one-two-three
Holy freakin’ cow, Kenji!
The game won’t end!
If the M’s can keep from handing out walks, they might have a chance….
